The main Town Hall is the first point of contact for many customers. From here, our customer service staff are happy to direct you to the relevant department you wish to see or direct you to the relevant customer service centre.
The main Town Hall is the main entrance to Bournemouth Borough Council and most of the council departments are based there.
For all general council enquiries, please go to main reception. This includes registrar's appointments and viewings of the Council Chambers, register office and the Willows room. These rooms are used for ceremonies at the Town Hall.
The main Town Hall is fully accessible to those with mobility issues and can be accessed by a lift at the side of the main entrance.
