We will make getting in touch with Bournemouth Borough Council easier by offering you options for how, when and where you contact us. This includes expansion in services accessible through the St Stephen’s Road Customer Service Centre|, the Ask Bournemouth Contact Centre and our website.

 

We will endeavour to provide specific assistance where needed; for example hearing loops, help with reading or translation requirements.
