You can make a payment using a debit or credit card (a £2:50 admin charge will be applied to credit card payments).
To make a payment call (01202) 454748, select option 5 and have your Housing Benefit Overpayments reference ready.

Contact the Benefits Overpayment team on (01202) 451594 to discuss and agree on a repayment plan.
Once the repayment plan has been agreed download the Standing Order Form|. Complete and sign the form, and send it to your bank.
