The Council, like many large public and private sector organisations, is keen to obtain the benefits of trading electronically with its suppliers. We are currently moving toward the use of eTendering| for all our contracts.

 

As well as advertising our Tender Opportunities below - Bournemouth Borough Council also uses the South West Regional Portal www.supplyingthesouthwest.org.uk| . A "one stop shop" where suppliers can get contract & tender information on many councils in the region.

 

Helping councils and suppliers work together, SupplyingTheSouthWest is a regional portal giving Suppliers a window on contract opportunities and current contracts.

Without registering, you can use the portal to look for information about existing contracts and new opportunities from a growing number of councils in the South West.

 

If you register (free of charge), you can:

• post a profile of your company, indicating what sorts of opportunity you are interested in
• receive email notifications whenever opportunities matching your profile become available
• register an expression of interest in a published opportunity and request contract documentation to be sent to you.
