1.2 To waive charges relating to pest control, licence and registration fees, training and education having regard to the public health benefits of the services.

1.4 To submit requests for the allocation of lottery funds to the Cabinet.

2.0 DELEGATION TO THE DIRECTOR OF CENTRAL SERVICES AND THE DIRECTOR OF ENVIRONMENT AND COMMUNITY SERVICES

2.1 To take any necessary action to prevent/stop/control acid house parties/pay parties on land or in buildings owned by the Borough.
