    Failure to comply with this Financial Framework

    i) is a breach of the Code of Conduct for Members and may result in referral to the Standards Board, and

    ii) is a breach of the Code of Conduct for Officers that is covered by the Council’s Disciplinary Procedures and Rules in the Personnel Handbook.
