Income and Expenditure
- The existence of all 'Unofficial funds' shall be notified to the Head Resources who will issue and update accounting instructions for them where necessary.
- All 'Unofficial funds' must be properly accounted for and be subject to an independent annual audit.
- Officers controlling Unofficial Funds must operate within the regulations governing petty cash/imprest accounts.
