- Work for third parties should not expose the Council to any additional liabilities.
- Proposals for working for third parties must be costed properly in accordance with guidance provided the Head of Resources. Proposals must clearly be in the public interest.
- Contracts will be drawn up using guidance provided by Head of Resources.
- The Section 151 Officer will issue guidance with regard to the financial aspects of third party contracts and the maintenance of the contract register.
