The purpose of this years Corporate Plan is to help direct future services.  To ensure that we have achieved this we have encouraged cross council working and an improved level of Business Unit Head and Executive Board consultation.  Members have provided constructive challenge on whether we achieved our aim.

The Corporate Plan is a useful tool for people in the Council to see how far we've achieved our targets.  We can judge from the information in the Plan whether we're achieving the 9 Service Improvement Priorities we set ourselves, and the areas where more work needs to be done.
