The Council's leadership has begun the process of identifying opportunities for efficiencies so that the Council can sustain and improve levels of service beyond the next 3 year's efficiency targets.
The Efficiency Review 2010 project was commissioned by the Executive Leadership Team to identify potential areas for efficiency gains and an assessment of alternative delivery models. The work has been led by the Portfolio Holder for Resources and the Executive Director for Environment & Economy.
