Overview Board  - Terms of Reference

o       Role:

§         To discuss, prioritise and timetable policy issues across the Council and its partners, including Bournemouth 2026 and the Local Area Agreement.

§         To receive outputs from the four new Scrutiny Panels, to consider the need for review and cascade requirements to the Overview Panels.

o       Membership:

§         21 elected Members including the Leader of the Council as Chair together with representatives from the Cabinet, each Statutory Board, Overview Panel and Scrutiny Panel, together with other Members of the Council that can contribute skills and knowledge to the work of the Board.

o       Frequency of Meetings:

§         Every six weeks before ordinary meetings of the full Council.
