The Capital Strategy and Corporate Asset Management Plan 2013 – 2016 (CS CAMP) is the link between the Council’s priorities set out in the Corporate Plan and the resources available to deliver them.
The Council’s Corporate Plan for 2012/13 identifies asset management as having a key role to play in the Council being efficient and encouraging regeneration for the town as part of a thriving economy.
The CS CAMP comprises 3 key documents
The Handbook| provides guidance on asset management in the Council. It catalogues the systems, procedures and controls that underpin this strategic planning process provides guidance on asset management in the Council.
The Performance Review| monitors the performance of the Council’s asset base annually. This information informs the strategic planning process and helps to identify key priorities that will be delivered through the Action Plan monitors the performance of the Council’s asset base annually. The Council regularly reviews its land and property estate and keeps a list of assets identified for sale or renting. This list| will be kept up to date as there will be other properties that become available from time to time as circumstances change.
