Corporate Plan

Since 2010/11 the Council has published two versions of the Corporate Plan each year. 

• The HEADLINE version sets out the Council’s ideas and overall plans for the next few years.
• The DETAILED version contains the actions that will be taken to put these ideas into practice.

This is the Council's Headline Corporate Plan for 2012/15|.

 

This is the Council’s Detailed Corporate Plan for 2012/13|. The Plan draws together the key areas of work set out in service plans| and describes the activities that are planned to deliver our priorities|.  It also provides an overview of our major projects and what we hope to achieve this year.
