Application for a Change of Name| -This is an application to allow you to change your name on the Electoral Register. PLEASE NOTE: You must provide documentary evidence to support your application.
Application for Postal Vote | - any elector can apply for a postal vote. In order to vote by post you must complete and return an application form.
Application for Proxy Vote at a Particular Election | - This is an application to allow someone else to be able vote on your behalf at your polling if you are not able to vote yourself on the day.
Application for Postal Proxy at a Particular Election |- This is an application to allow someone else to vote on your behalf by post as they CANNOT attend your polling station. PLEASE NOTE: if your proxy chooses this option the elector will not be able to vote in person at the polling station.
Application for Request for Attestation| -This is an attestation from a person of good standing in the community in support of your application. PLEASE NOTE: do not send us this form unless we have requested it from you or suggested that it is needed to support your application.
Open Register| -If you wish to include or remove your details from the Open Register, please fill out the online form and supply us with a valid email address.

There is no monthly update during October and November 2014. This is the annual canvass period when all households have to provide updated information to the Electoral Registration Officer. A new Register is published on the 1 December.

It is a legal requirement that all applications must be signed, applications cannot be sent by e-mail, unless a scanned image of a signed form is attached. When your application is received, we will add you to a monthly list of alterations. Any elector can object to your name being added; if this happens, we will write to you. If your application is not objected to, we will change your details in accordance with the dates listed in the above table. We will let you know when your application is allowed.
