The team will provide you with written Course Information or talk to you about your individual needs. Or for more in-depth advice and guidance the team can book you in for a one to one Information, Advice and Guidance session which can be conducted either by telephone or in person at one of our learning centres.

Once you have decided which course is most suitable, you can book your place by:

TELEPHONE/MINICOM

Contact our Learner Services Team on 01202 451950 or 01202 451982 (Minicom). Please have your card details ready to make payment. Lines are open 0830 to 1700 Monday, Tuesday and Thursday, 0930 to 1700 on Wednesday and 0830 to 1630 on Friday.

IN PERSON

Come along to our Headquarters at The Bournemouth Learning Centre, Ensbury Avenue, Ensbury Park, Bournemouth, BH10 4HG and speak to one of our Learner Services Officers. Office hours as above.

Email your enquiry and telephone number to bal.enquiries@bournemouth.gov.uk and one of our Learner Services Officers will contact you to book your place.

FAX

Complete your Course Application Form and fax it with your credit/debit card details to 01202 451989

However you choose to make your application, we will send/give you confirmation that your place has been booked together with a reciept for payment and Course Information. We will also send you a copy of our learner handbook.

Remember to book early to avoid disappointment.
