Produced three times a year, Hand in Hand is distributed via the following channels:

All day nurseries, pre-schools, primary schools, children's centres, parent and toddler groups, early learning centres, creches, children's clubs, libraries, childminders, doctors surgeries, health visitors, out of school clubs, holiday clubs, hospitals, family support groups, dentist surgeries, community centres, job centres and connexions offices within Bournemouth. The NHS, Primary Care Trust and at all public reception points within Bournemouth Borough Council.

The production of Hand in Hand is supported via paid for advertising. All advertising within the magazine is handled by Real World Creative Design.
