The Schools Finance team is located in the Children's Strategic Services Business Unit. The team provides a comprehensive financial advice, guidance and support service to officers of the Children and Families' Service and Bournemouth Schools in managing their own budgets - as well as undertaking the statutory monitoring role on behalf of the service and Head of Financial Services.

The team works closely with colleagues within the Children and Families' Service, Central Finance and across the Council to provide a high quality service that is flexible and able to consistently meet the needs of users in a constantly changing environment.

• Fair Funding Documents - Statutory documents governing fair funding for schools including the Scheme for Financing Schools, Financial Regulations and other documents relating to the Schools' Funding Formula
• Statistical Information - Children, Schools & Families Budget Statements and Section 52 Budget and Outturn Statements
• Schools' Forum - Terms of Reference, membership and notes of meetings
