If you are a Council Tenant your Housing Officer| can visit you in your home. They can deal with most queries including signposting other help and first contact Anti-Social Behaviour|. The lists of General Needs and Independent Senior Living (over 60) housing officers may help you.
If you want to come and see us for face to face help, you will need to contact us at the Kinson Hub (Library, as pictured above):

9am to 5:00pm - Wednesday
Please contact us if you would like an appointment outside of our normal office hours. We can offer evening appointments at the Hub during the week except on Wednesday when the building closes at 5.15pm.
Interview rooms are normally available for confidential help and advice although you may need to let us know before you visit us to check on availability.
The Hub is a level access, disability friendly building with on-site wet room. Free internet access is also available to library card holders.
A housing officer is also available at the Strouden Library from 9.30-1:00 every Tuesday and Thursday.

Our housing areas are divided into patches. The road you live| in belongs to one of these patches that your housing officer is responsible for. Simply look up the road you live in, get the initials of your housing officer and look up their full name using the key on Page 3. If you cannot find the road you live in it is likely that you are not a Council tenant.
You can use this easy search (found on the top left of this page) to find other services such as your nearest recycling centre|, library|, place of worship| and many other useful details. Your local Councillors| are also detailed here if you need to contact them.
The Diversity Directory| contains details of many organisations that can provide help and assistance across many areas of people's differences.
The Bournemouth 2026 web pages provide very useful information about what is happening in your local area in the Where You Live| section.
