Housing Landlord & Parks, led by Gary Josey, manages the Council homes in the Borough. Bournemouth is currently the only Local Authority in Dorset that has kept ownership and management of its Council Housing. The tenants voted for this to continue in 2004.

Bournemouth Careline| is run by Bournemouth Borough Council’s Housing Landlord and has been in operation since 1989 having been modernised since.
