Bournemouth Careline Team

Help at the touch of a button!

Bournemouth Careline consists of a team of nine call handlers, all of whom are fully trained and ready to answer incoming alarm calls in a professional manner, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

 

There is also a Careline Promotions Officer & a Telecare Team of 3 Careline Support Officers who visit clients & assess advice and install our Home Alarm units and Telecare sensors|.

 

The Team are very proud of their recent TSA accreditation.

 

There are over 5000 people who rely on our Careline to give help, reassurance & advice when required.
