Aids & Adaptations

If you have a special requirement due to mobility, or other impairment, please let us know so that we can tailor our service to suit you.

 

This may be as simple as advising our engineers visiting your property to give you more time to answer the door.  We can also adapt the way we send you information to suit you.

 

There are a variety of adaptations we can put in your home.  For example:

 

  Lowering the position of controls to make them

        accessible.

  Installing an easy to use programmer if you are visually

        impaired or find small buttons tricky.

 

  For vulnerable tenants we may be able to install

        monitored safety controls, for example, where a person is

        suffering from dementia or who has a restricted sense of

                                        smell.

                                  Controls can be installed to monitor and control heating

                                        to prevent hyperthermia
