Boiler Renewal

 

 

We run a boiler replacement programme with the aim to replace boilers every 17 years.  This may be subject to change in accordance with the Bournemouth Standard.  If you would like to check when your boiler is due for renewal contact us| on freephone 08000 281870.

If you are having a boiler renewed please ensure that

tickbox  You can provide access to your property between 8:00am and 5:00 pm.  We

         may work later to complete works particularly where the work is in a bathroom

         or bedroom.  We will only do this if it is convenient for you.

tickbox  Animals are kept out of the way for the duration of the work.

tickbox  Children are supervised and kept away from the working area for their own

        safety.

tickbox  Valuables and any pictures have been removed before we attend.

We will put dust sheets down in the working area to protect your floor.  These need to stay down until the work has finished.

 

Our engineers will explain the controls of your new boiler to you.  Please make sure you keep the user instructions for your own reference.
