Our Repair Responsibilities

If you are one of our tenants, as your landlord we are responsible for repairs to the structure of your home, heating, electrical and water systems where the fault is normal wear and tear or a defect.

Contractors Code of Conduct

All contractors carrying out repairs in your home must also: 

tickbox  Wear Identification Badges.

tickbox  Carry out work to a high standard.

tickbox  Treat you and your home with respect.

tickbox  Be courteous at all times.

tickbox  Not smoke in your home.

tickbox  Keep all appointments and call you if they are running late.

tickbox  Wherever possible complete the repair on a single visit.

tickbox  Keep noise and mess to a minimum.
