The LV=KidZone beach safety scheme operates across Bournemouth Seafront, with 8 colour coded zones between Southbourne and Alum Chine, throughout the school summer holidays. With up to 100,000 visitors on a single day, it’s important to ensure that your child can be found should they wander off.
To help keep track of your children during your visit, and enable beach staff to identify and re-locate lost children, simply follow these three easy steps:
In the event that a child gets lost, the seafront services team will co-ordinate with the RNLI and volunteer lifeguards, LV=KidZone staff and police in conducting a seafront-wide search to reunite the child with their family.
