My Bournemouth

Our vision is to be an efficient, value for money council with a strong focus on what our residents and customers want, and how they want to communicate with us.

We are currently transforming the way we deliver customer services and part of this is looking for more effective and convenient ways for our residents and customers to communicate with us.

 

My Bournemouth is a mobile and web application that allows any member of the public to submit reports to the Council about a wide range of issues. We hope that you find this an effective way to report any local incidents that you feel we need to be aware of. We also hope that you find it a useful way to keep up to date with news and events around our town.
