Our vision is to be an efficient value for money council, with a strong focus on what Bournemouth residents and customers want. We listened to your feedback and have introduced this new and exciting channel for you to communicate with us with.
We are currently transforming the way we deliver customer services and part of this is looking for more effective and convenient ways for our residents and customers to communicate with us.

Our payment parking provider, Ringo, now also has an App for Android and iPhones to make paying for parking| even easier.
