With summer fast approaching did you know that Bournemouth’s famous beach huts are available to hire all year-round? The recent ‘Piers Morgan on Sandbanks’ programme on ITV showed you don’t need a multi-million pound mansion for the best views of the sea. And with news that Wayne Hemingway is rolling into town to create super surf pods along Boscombe Sea Front, beach huts have never been cooler.

From January 30th you can reserve your Bournemouth beach hut from just £8 per day.

Beach huts are great for relaxing with friends and family and offer inspirational coastal views.  Bournemouth actually invented the modern beach hut over 100 years ago and boasts the oldest beach huts in the country, they remain hugely popular today.  Booking facilities will soon open – so reserve your spot early on our award-winning seafront.

Over 250 traditional beach huts are available to hire from as little as £37 per week or £8 per day outside of the summer holidays. They are located across the seafront from Alum Chine to Southbourne.  Access ramps are available from beach offices for wheelchair users.  To check availability and book simply call our hotline on 0845 055 0968.

Booking line opening times are as follows:

Wednesday 30th Jan - Friday 1st Feb: 10am - 8pm

Monday 4th Feb onwards: 10am - 4pm

Booking lines open Monday to Friday only.

You can also book selected huts online at Bournemouth Tourism's Website via the ABC booking service.  Most major debit/credit cards accepted. 

Please note that single day bookings can only be made from the Monday of the week of hire.
