Building a Better Bournemouth

The Bournemouth 2026 was set up in May 2000 to 'work together for a better future'. This partnership is open to any organisation with a stake in the future of our Town that is committed to improving the quality of life in Bournemouth.

Today the Bournemouth 2026 brings together representatives of more than 200 organisations, which have signed up to being members.

Bournemouth 2026 is based on the simple idea that by working more closely together on a vision shared with local people, we can make greater improvements to Bournemouth’s economy, environment and social richness.

We can also do more for the physical, emotional and spiritual well-being of all the people who live in, work in and visit our Town – especially in providing for the fair treatment and equal opportunities of others, by embracing diversity.
