What do the Six Partnership Forums do?
The 2001 Conference agreed that existing forums could be used to connect partners more closely with the Community Plan and more effectively work toward achieving the targets. The Steering Group has co-ordinated the development of 6 partnership forums, one for each of the following themes:
Each Forum’s membership consists of partners who have a stake in the Forum’s particular priority. These Forums have been working to drive forward ‘their’ Community Plan targets and have made a major contribution to reviewing the Community Plan.
