Conservation Area Character Appraisal

A Character Appraisal for the East Cliff Conservation Area has not yet been produced.

 

Conservation Management and Enhancement

When a character appraisal has been completed the conservation section will be in a position to identify whether there are any areas which would benefit from the implementation of management/enhancement schemes.

 

Conservation Order

Conservation Orders are formal certificates which confirm the designation of a conservation area.  A map of the conservation area is also attached which shows the area covered by the designation.

Conservation Orders can be obtained from planning reception.
