To qualify for our intervention your complaint must meet certain criteria please refer to Information Leaflet 5.
If your complaint meets the outlined criteria we will investigate according to our procedure. Your complaint will be treated seriously but at the initial complaint stage it remains an allegation only without any evidence to support it. After your initial complaint we may write to the person causing the problem, if they are known and advise them that we have received a complaint and are investigating it. Your identity will be kept confidential.
To enable us to understand how often the problem occurs and how bad the problem can be for you we will send you anti-social behaviour diary sheets for you to log anti-social behaviour events as they happen. When they are returned to us we will identify the issues and determine the course of action needed. We may also contact Bournemouth’s other agencies to see if they can offer help or advice.
If you are in private residence and would like to report an anti-social behaviour incident(s) please call 01202 451199.
