Payment of an outstanding Benefit Overpayment can be made by Standing Order.
Before completing a Standing Order Instruction form you will need to contact the Benefits Overpayment team on 01202 451594 first to discuss and arrange a mutually acceptable repayment plan.
Once agreed you can complete and sign a Standing Order Instruction form and send it to your bank.
