Kat, Lisa and Lucy are the welcoming faces who will help you with any enquiry you may have. 

If you need help filling in a Council form, or you’re having trouble contacting us or just need a particular issue resolved, you can pop by or make an appointment to come and see one of our advisers.  They’ll be doing everything they can to get you an answer.

 All with past experience in customer service Melanie and Lisa can simply answer your question face-to-face at the enquiry desk or alternatively provide a private space for you if your query is of a more sensitive nature.
