We're putting you, the Customer first. We've made Customer Service our number one priority which means you're going to be seeing lots of changes to the way we assist you.
The aim is to make the Council 100% focused on you, with you feeling more satisfaction from the service you receive.
We are currently addressing the accessibility and availability of Council information and Team Services available to you as a resident of the Bournemouth Borough.
Consequently, continuous improvements are being made to the ways in which you are able contact us...
… Most recently in May 2007 we launched the brand new ‘Ask Bournemouth’, Customer Service Centre branch in Boscombe. This now offers new opportunities to speak to an advisor face-to-face in a community setting, without having to make the journey to Bournemouth Town Centre to visit the Customer Service Team based at the Town Hall.
