British and Irish Ombudsman
Search their list of members to find an Ombudsman to help with your complaint.
Commission for Racial Equality

Consumer Credit Counselling Service
Charity which provides free, confidential debt advice and support online. See also the money education charity Credit Action and Money Basics - simple, clear, independent information about money.
Consumer Direct
A free online consumer advice service, supported by the Office of Fair Trading. Provides advice and information to help you sort out problems and disagreements you may be having with suppliers of goods or services. You can also report dishonest traders and scams. There is also an 0845 telephone service.

Disability Rights Commission
The DRC is an independent body established in April 2000 by Act of Parliament to stop discrimination and promote equality of opportunity for disabled people. Equal Opportunities Commission
