Poetry Competition
In partnership with Bourne Free, Bournemouth's annual lesbian and gay Pride Festival (11th -13th July 2008), and to tie in with the National Year of Reading 'Rhythm and Rhyme' theme for July, we are launching a celebratory competition to write a poem of LGBT interest.
The winning entrants will be judged by representatives from the Library management team, The Arts Development Team and Representatives from Bourne Free
Winning poems will be published here on the Book Pride webpage!

Competition rules
1. Entrants must be 17 or over
2. Maximum number of lines 30
3. Context of the poetry should be representative of LGBT ( Lesbian, Gay, Bi-sexual or Transgender) interest
Deadline for entries is Friday 1st August 2008.
