If you have received a Bournemouth Borough Council account/invoice/bill, you can pay it on-line.

You may have received an account for Council Tax, Council Rent, Housing Benefit Overpayment, Social Services or Business Rates for example. These can all be paid on-line. The only exception is accounts for Trade Refuse - you will need to contact the relevant office, detailed on the invoice, regarding payment for this.

If you wish to pay an account using a debit card (Switch, Visa Debit, Solo or Electron), you can use the BillPay link for paying Council Tax, Council Rent, Housing Benefit Overpayment, Social Services or Business Rates.  Please note:  If you haven't already, you will need to register for this service, by following the on-screen instructions.

It is also possible, using the HSBC link to pay by Switch, Solo, Maestro or Electron for Council Tax or Business Rate accounts. If you wish to pay by credit card, it is currently only available for paying Council Tax accounts by using the HSBC link. There will be a £2.50 surcharge per CREDIT CARD transaction.
