Partner Authority Scheme
This scheme provides major clients with a single local authority partner for plan approval under Building Regulations regardless of site location. Site inspections are then carried out by the Local Authority where the work is being undertaken.
Housing Warranty
Available in conjunction with Zurich Insurance , warranties are available to cover new homes, conversions, "self build" projects and Housing Association developments.
Commercial Building Warranty
Available in conjunction with Bland Bankart risk and insurance managers, Latent Gold provides a ten year latent defect insurance for virtually any commercial property.
Home Extension Warranty
Available in conjunction with the Federation of Master Builders, the Masterbond Warranty provides a ten year warranty (two years for faulty workmanship or materials and a further eight years for structural defects) for domestic alterations and extensions when carried out by a Registered Builder.
