Increases to the planning application fees came into effect on 6th April 2008.

Please Note:
- Planning applications are not valid for registration until all the required drawings and documents including the application fee have been received.
- If you consider that an application that you are submitting is exempt from a fee you should enclose a covering letter of explanation with your submission.
- In the event that payment by cheque is stopped or dishonoured by the bank, processing of that application will stop and the statutory time period of 8 or 13 weeks will recommence once payment of the fee is received
