The Planning & Transport Customer Service Team are available to assist with your enquiries at the Town Hall Annexe Reception. This facility is open Monday to Thursday, 9.00 am to 4.30 pm and Friday, 9.00am to 4.00pm. Alternatively, you can contact the team by telephone (01202 451323) , Fax (01202 451005) or email (planning@bournemouth.gov.uk)  Monday to Thursday, 8.30 am to 5.15 pm and Friday, 8.30 am to 4.45 pm.
