dwelling completions in Bournemouth, dorset & poole

The completion of residential units has been monitored for a number of years across Dorset.  Central government guidance, in the form of Planning Policy Guidance 3 suggests that level of provision and subsequent monitoring should be calculated in net terms, taking into account losses of existing units.  Net figures have been calculated retrospectively to 1994 as shown in the table below.
