Notes:
In August 2007 the mid-year population estimates (MYEs) have been revised as a result of changes to the way ONS apportion international migrants. As a result of this, the population of the borough is fewer than under the previous methodology. The MYEs for 2002 to 2005 have been revised and it is these figures which should be used now when quoting recent population figures for the Borough.
It is ONS policy to publish estimates rounded to at least the nearest hundred persons. Therefore, some columns and rows will not sum due to rounding.
