Performance Review is the process by which an organisation sets and monitors its standards. Service Users are involved in this ongoing process, which covers:
- evaluating current practice, using measures such as effectiveness, equal access and acceptability;
- identifying areas for improvement and setting new standards;
- implementing changes based on the findings of evaluation;
- re-evaluating practice following the implementation of changes.
