Your Neighbourhood Recycling Centres

Bournemouth Borough Council has recently completed a review of the Neighbourhood Recycling Centres (recycling banks).

Over the next few weeks, the neighbourhood recycling centres will be undergoing some changes.

Please contact the Ask Bournemouth Contact Centre on 01202 451199 for up-to-date information on recycling centre locations. We apologise for any inconvenience caused during this time.

As well as kerbside recycling, Bournemouth residents can take their recycling to the neighbourhood recycling centres located across the borough.

The following materials can be recycled at these centres:

  • Paper
  • Cans
  • Plastic bottles
  • Glass
  • Clothes and shoes
  • Books and music
  • Foil

Where is my nearest Neighbourhood Recycling Centre?

Locations are available to view online and have been arranged by area so it should be easy to find your nearest centre. It will also tell you which materials can be recycled at each site.
