We have developed a Customer Charter for Bournemouth Borough Council's Housing Services to ensure that we provide our customers with services that are excellent, accessible and consistent . This Charter aims to let you, the customer, know what standards of service you should expect from the different areas of our housing service and has been developed in line with Bournemouth Borough Council's overarching Customer Service Charter.
