Resident Involvement

How do I get involved?

If you are a Council Resident or Leaseholder we would like you to get involved in the work we are doing and the decisions we are making. New updates have been made to the Resident Involvement team and to find out more please read through the document provided.

Resident Involvement Compact

The Resident Involvement Compact sets out the council’s commitment to working with tenants, leaseholders and residents. We also have a summary of the compact available.

The Resident Involvement Team is required to produce an Action Plan on how this will be achieved. The Action Plan will be a tool to monitor how targets are to be, or are being met. The Resident Involvement is responsible for monitoring the progress of the Action Plan.

National Tenant Voice

The National Tenant Voice (NTV) is a new organisation being set up to ensure that tenants from housing associations, local authorities and housing co-operatives have a voice and expertise at national level. The attached document will explain it further or alternatively please use the interactive link provided to enter the NTV's website.
