WHO PROVIDES NEW AFFORDABLE HOMES?

Formal signing of Bournemouth's RSL Partnership

At present, the Council does not develep housing, however we do work closely with a wide range of partners to enable the provision of new affordable homes in Bournemouth. In particular we work with Registered Social Landlords, also known as Housing Associations, to develop and manage homes for rent and low cost home ownership. All Registered Social Landlords are regulated by the Homes and Communities Agency (HCA) which is a national government agency that funds affordable housing across England.

The Council has a formal partnership arrangement with four Registered Social Landlords to deliver affordable housing in Bournemouth and these are:
