Statement of Community Involvement

Our Statement of Community Involvement (SCI) has now been formally Adopted.  Previously, the document was subject to a 6-week period of public participation under Regulation 28 of the Town & Country Planning (Local Development) (England) Regulations 2004 which concluded on 11th May 2006.  Representations received on the SCI under Regulation 28, can be viewed here.

Following this period of public consultation, the SCI underwent a public examination on Tuesday 12th September 2006 to examine it’s ‘soundness’ and to consider objections received during this consultation period.  For more information on this, click here.
