Street Lighting Faults

For street lighting faults or enquiries you can either use this link Reporting a fault in the Borough or email lighting.

The exact location and the number of the street light should be given.  The number can be found on the light column approximately 2 metres from the ground, facing the road.

Alternatively, you can call (01202) 451199 during office hours or leave a message on the out of hours answer phone (01202) 552552.

Repairs will normally be carried out within 5 working days providing the correct details are given.
