Bournemouth Supporting People are committed to ensuring that service users, carers, referrers, providers, stakeholders and other partners and agencies are fully involved in the development and implementation of the Supporting People programme in Bournemouth. One way in which we do this is to undertake consultation - making all new documents we are developing public, in order that people can comment on them before they are published or formally distributed.

Documents that we may consult on include policies and procedures, information tools such as leaflets, draft contracts for services, or any other documents we are developing.

We will also publish on here any papers that come out for consultation from the Department for Communities and Local Government.

Our recently revised Communications Strategy 'seeks to communicate and consult in an open and two-way manner with those who have an interest in the Supporting People programme,' and this Strategy sets out how we plan to achieve this.
