In our Local Account| we have provided a selection of facts and figures that we think give a fair overview of Adult Social Care in Bournemouth and explains our priorities for the future.The Local Account will be used to assess our performance and tell everyone how we're doing  We have tried to be transparent, showing what has been achieved and what has not. But we very much want to hear from you. What facts and figures matter to you? How do you want us to account to you? You can give us your views by:

Making Voices Count in Adult Social Care

Do you have ideas about how we can develop and improve Adult Social Care Services in Bournemouth? We need help in making important decisions in planning and reviewing services. You can be involved in many ways, such as commenting by post on our draft policies and procedures, taking part in specific Surveys, attending Focus Groups or Meetings, or being part of a Forum or member of a Committee.
